This page is designed for me to share my work with all of you. I create decoupage pieces from my home and love to create custom pieces for all ages and places. I do my best to make each customer happy with their purchase. I make many things from frames, name plates, custom letters, stools, boxes and other unique home décor.

Please remember most my items are "Made to Order" so they are completely custom to you.

Ordering
Here are some things you should know about ordering.
I will take order via email at SplashOfHeart@yahoo.com, via facebook page, as well as our custom

Most of our orders are custom orders, because we want to fit each piece to your desires :)

An order with Splash of Heart is not considered one until payment is received. It is the same as if you were going to a local store or any other online shop. I need time to purchase materials for your order, so this way it will be much easier for all.

Rush Orders
A "Rush Order" is an additional $3 charge, because this bumps your order ahead of others. Please contact me about a "Rush Order" before placing any order so that I can make the appropriate charges or create a custom listing for you.

Payment
Payment is required when order has been discussed and worked out between us. I reserve the right cancel an order if it is not paid in a timely manner(I prefer 72hrs or less). I love to touch base with my customers but I will not chase you for payment. I will simply cancel the order.
I accept payment in forms of Cash, (a receipt will be given at time of transaction and will need to be available in case of a refund is needed) PayPal and Money Order only. Keep in mind that a Money Order will delay the start of your project. I must allow for delivery time and for it to clear before starting your order. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still make a purchase through Paypal with a credit or debit card.


PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure your current address matches the one you use for Paypal.

Cancelling an Order
I will allow cancelled orders, because I understand things come up. But please cancel a order within 24hrs of placing the order .However a there will be a charge for any orders cancelled past 24 hours. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Returning an Order
Splash of Heart are allowed, but please contact me with the reasoning. I strive for happy and repeat customers, so this is my way to "make things right" should something go wrong.
Examples for returns may be... damaged in transit, or maybe just not fitting to your custom order.

Once an order is shipped it is truly out of my hands. However, should it be damaged or lost in transit, I am willing to work through the matter.

You are responsible for the return shipping. I ask that you please package returns with care.

Shipping
I ship all orders USPS First Class (Domestic Only) to the address listed on your Paypal account, or sent with Money Order, so please make sure it is correct before you check out. I am not responsible if you leave the wrong address.
Estimated delivery VIA the USPS website is 3-5 days for Domestic. During holiday peak times, shipping times may vary.

I'll also let you know when your item is paid, and shipped.
Please keep in mind some items take more time and supplies, some are hard on my hands and brain. :)
